New Online Banking Features!

We at giantbank.com value our customers and are constantly striving to improve our banking products and services. We are pleased to announce our recent Online Banking release, which delivers important new features for our internet banking clients.

The new features and enhancements give our Online Banking service an improved - and easier to use - look and feel. The Phase One release includes a newly-consolidated Options page, new drop down menus for account selection, and enhanced information-sorting capabilities. The Phase One changes took effect on Tuesday, October 7, 2008.

PHASE ONE FEATURES

Enhanced Customer Service
Personal Information Management

The new Options page will enable you to quickly and efficiently manage your personal and security information on one convenient page. Your may view and edit the following information on your Options page:

• Password
• Security Question and Answer
• E-mail Address
• Security Data
• Account Nicknames

New Drop-down Menus

You will now be able to use a drop-down menu from each account summary page to select the account you want to view.

Information Sorting Capabilities

You may now click on a column heading, such as Date or Amount, and transactions will be sorted chronologically or by value. You can use the column sorting feature to locate specific account activity when only a fragment of information is known, such as amount or date.

PHASE TWO FEATURES

The Phase Two release will be available soon. The Phase Two release features include an enhanced login, detailed relationship summary layouts, a new account summary page, and improved browser functionality.
